Oh man workout is only 1/2 done and I'm ready for bed.
1 hour run this morning.  I had an ongoing argument with myself the whole time just to get in that time.
You can just do 3 miles today,
No you can't you gotta do an hour.
How aabout 4 miles thats good and it still puts you above your resolution goal.
Well if I do 4 miles, I might as well do 5 miles.
If you can get in 5 miles, then it's just a few more minutes and you will be at your hour goal.

I can't beleive I had that argument with myself, and it's scary that I answered as well.

Oh well anyhow

1 hour, 5.32 miles
slow painful day today.  Still have a bunch of time in the pool tonight.

Yoga class this morning and will try to get a quick run after work if I can. I have a date to a hockey game with my girls and their friends, an interview after work, so we'll see how we are doing for time.

Hi all! Went to the Wellness Center this morning and used the stationary bike for 20 minutes, then spent about 25 minutes on the weight machines.

Have a great evening!

Hi Cassie! Looks like we do a lot of the same machines...could you tell me how much weight and how many reps you do? On the upper body machines, I use 30 lbs. and do 3 sets of 15. On the leg raise, I do three sets of 15 with 35 lbs., and on the leg press I do 3 sets of 15 with 70 lbs. On the hamstring curl I use 20 lbs.

Just curious as to whether I'm a weenie or not...
