 biceps and back today (ever so close to being able to do a minimal set of overhand pullups unassisted), and finished with a run/walk alternation on the tm in 22 minutes.

I did 9 modified push ups this morning.

Provided that it is not raining too hard, I will go for a run. My legs are just now recovering from the 12 miles I did on Sunday.

Without struggle, there is no progress.

knee lifts on the roman chair
ran 1.32 miles
