Wednesday Workouts!!!
Linn, I am with you on that. I almost ALWAYS increase the speed as the run goes on. I can't just do a run at a constant speed. It gets too boring for me. Sometimes I will increase the speed .5 ever half mile until I can't go on. Other times it's .2 or .3 per quarter. Good stuff.
