I worked out so long ago-- at 7:00 this morning, and on a Monday-- that I don't really remember...so it was probably pretty much my usual- intervals for about 3 miles in about 40-ish minutes on the treadmill.  I keep putting off increasing my running times...maybe Wednesday!

45 mins elliptical
30 mins treadmill...incline 7.. speed 3.3
25 mins stairstepper
for a total of 2 hrs 30 mins : )

Hit the gym.  1/4 w/u 4 mile run @ 9:07 pace and 1/4 mile cool down.  I also did some shoulders.
