anybody up for a challenge
I have been doing the program for a couple of weeks now. The pace of the program is much to fast for me. I am making progress but I have a feeling it will take me closer to 18-24 weeks to get close to that number.
I started the body weight squat challenge also. I'm really close to that 200 reps after only 2 weeks.
