half hour of lower body stretches and weights followed by 5K outdoor rolling hills with long incline (grade) on the return. First time on this route. Stretches to cool down and loosen up the quads.

I've been doing run/walk 5ks as I recover from my calf injury. Sunday I was able to run 2 of the 3 miles spread out through the workout. I'm quite excited!
