Hi everybody! I'm going to the pool a little later to do some lap swimming - plan to go for 25 minutes non-stop doing crawl, backstroke, and breast stroke. I've been having some right shoulder pain for a couple of weeks, but I'm gonna go swim anyway!
I'll be glad when I can go outside and walk in the sunshine...right now it's REALLY cold here in Indiana!
Have a great day!

I took most of last week off from P90X due to the way I'm feeling. Today I did about 12 minutes total on the stairs with my 40lb vest and holding 2-20 lb dumbells plus a mile weighted run in the ice! Then shoveled snow and ice for about 20 minutes! Back to P90X tomorrow. Hopefully the nutrition and supplements will help with the crash and burn effect!
1300 yard swim. I didn't lose count today.
