flabby flabster... belly fat! arms? help!

Okay so I'm down 70lbs and feeling great.. but this belly fat is CRAZY!!!!

I feel like I'm all mostly belly fat/gut fat now... And I feel like my arm fat (or should I call it wings now?) is overwhelming me...

I'm looking for any and all opinions on how to best battle these areas.

I know I can't help any hanging skin issues I'll have once I get down to goal, but these are still truely troublesome fat areas for me...

Is more cardio than strength training the thing to do right now?? I do a combination of both...
Or more strength training to tone and build muscle?
