Friday Workouts!!!

I did 2.3 miles on the TM this morning along with some chest.  I would have liked to do more but had a twinge in the hip that I was not sure of.  Tomorrow...

Shoveling, shoveling, shoveling....everything is closed due to snow storm.  Will have my rest day I guess, except of course for the......SHOVELLING! ARGH!!!

Shovelling is a good exercise anyway.  Not necessarily fun but good for the heart.

Lifting (squats, bent over row w/barbell, chest dip)
Core - hip flexors & back

Light day today...looking forward to running outside this weekend!! :)

I had a great workout today.  Intervals for 30 minutes, covering 2.6 miles, which is really good for me. It was a tough workout week for me, but last night I went to bed at 9:30 PM (SO early, but I was exhausted) and woke up this morning full of energy.  I think I could have done my best 5K time yet if I'd had more time because I still had a lot in me when I left the gym.  Pesky work, getting in the way of an improved time...

Worked on intervals today. Pretty slow day for me other than the mad house cleaning today before the In-Laws arrived this afternoon.

could only muster a run today, i skipped the planned weight session, but a decent run nonetheles.

ran 9.1 miles on the TM in 75 minutes.  walked 10 minutes for warmup/cooldown...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Chest and Bi's 45 minutes on eliptical. Take care and can't wait to get back home tomorrow....
