ran 1.6 miles on the treadmill
did the arc trainer for 17 minutes on a resistance of 40, 2 minutes on 35 and 1 minute on 30

 60 min stationary bike 13.2 miles...tired today and dragging all week really but still managed to get it done

Easier day today.  Only did a spin class this morning.  Great workout, though.
