One-hour spin session.  New instructor *****ally pushed me.  He was a last minute sub so he didn't have his bike garb, so he spent large sessions of the class standing next to us, coaxing us into upping the resistance and the cadence.  My legs were mush at the end of the session.  Can't wait to go to his next class.

I did a 40 min run yesterday.  To be honest with you, it felt good to run in the cold, and I had little breathing difficulties (I forgot to use my asthma inhaler).
Without struggle, there is no progress.
