One-hour spin session. New instructor *****ally pushed me. He was a last minute sub so he didn't have his bike garb, so he spent large sessions of the class standing next to us, coaxing us into upping the resistance and the cadence. My legs were mush at the end of the session. Can't wait to go to his next class.
