Ran 4.5 miles this morning just to keep the legs nimble.  The weather was definitely warmer this morning.

ran 12 miles on the TM this morning, finished just under an hour and 39 minutes (around 7.25 MPH), 10 minutes of walking warmup/cooldown.  I can't wait until the weather cooperates so i can take my long runs outside :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Ended up just running 3.5 miles.  After cooldown felt like I could do it again, interestingly enough.  I'm just very cautious with the knees, but I wonder how far I can go if I do intervals again............haven't brought them back into the program guess it's time!!!

18 miles in 3:21:37, which is 38 minutes better than my last 18 mile time nearly 8 months ago...wow.

Got rained on for a bit, but actually felt good.  Have my trail half-marathon next Saturday, they already emailed out and had to modify the course because of the big storms we've had here recently.  Basically said be prepared for MUD.

I did a 5k yesterday, so today did my 1.7 short run near my home. I made cut time off, and only slowed a few times, big improvement. Finally got to a 12 minute mile (a mini goal).

Hugs,
Kathy

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
