I ended up doing 4.25 miles on the TM. I started walking .25 and then jogged .75. That was like the warm up. I then increased the speed to 6.5 for a half, 7 for a half, 7.5 for a half, 8 for a half and 8.5 for a half. These were not intervals - just speed increases. I probably could have gone to 9 for a bit but the belt felt like it was slipping a bit and it scared me even though I have the safety cord attached.
I finished with some chest work.
