This morning I ran a 3.8 mile loop outside  - my longest non-stop yet! :)

What'd you guys do today?

 Nice job on the non-stop.

I am not sure what I am going to do taday.  It will be a gym stop on the way to work.

I ended up doing 4.25 miles on the TM.  I started walking .25 and then jogged .75.  That was like the warm up.  I then increased the speed to 6.5 for a half, 7 for a half, 7.5 for a half, 8 for a half and 8.5 for a half.  These were not intervals - just speed increases.  I probably could have gone to 9 for a bit but the belt felt like it was slipping a bit and it scared me even though I have the safety cord attached.

I finished with some chest work.

Congrats Andrew and NEVER EVER downplay your efforts because your time wasn't as fast as you will be 6 months from now.........it's not always about your PR.  I personally can't do a PR in the cold...........
