yes...but it was split up...2 hrs in the am and 2 hrs in the evening... I seem to be doing alot more exercise just because I could...because Im not morbidly obese anymore and I can actually move around and the exercise feels good! but I will tell you that today I am very sore!! but def. a good feeling.. loving life : ) hope you had a great day
Decided I would do both running and stair work tonight...stairs at 60 steps a minute for 4 minutes with 50lb vest, ran 1 mile and walked a half a mile with 50 lb vest, then finished up with 3 more minutes on the stairs...60 steps a minute, with a 50 lb vest and holding 2-20 lb dumbells...preparing for Charlotte Fire Department Candidate Physical Ability Test! Great workouts today!
