Had RNY revision 1-14 started 30 mins cardio yesterday

 Hi all, 

As I mention earlier I had a revision done a little over a week ago and yesterday my surgeon cleared me for 30 mins of cardio so I went straight to the gym.  My question is for maximum weight loss and just overall health should I am to get this in everyday? My next appt is 3 weeks and I am determined that this will work and I will be healthy.

I would say 5-6 days a week is great. Your body needs to rest and recover too. Congrats on the revision and welcome to the board!
