Hi everyone! I swam 14 laps today, took about 15 minutes. I'm just getting started with lap swimming and it will take a little while to build up my endurance! I'm in the gym every other day, but swimming is definitely a different animal.

Very cool Jenny! Welcome... Are you swimming in a 25Yard or meter pool, or  a 50? A length is one time across the pool, a lap is up and back... Way to go and don't be a stranger!!!

Oops, I knew that. It was 14 *lengths*, and it's a 25 meter pool. That doesn't sound nearly as impressive... Oh well, I'm going for time, not distance! I want to be able to swim for 40-45 minutes non-stop within the next month or so.
