TGIF Workouts!!!!
Friday was supposed to be my rest day..........was so stressed I decided to walk (following my walk-run schedule to avoid re-injury)...........and I was getting enough sweat and burn so I ran half my distance..............my lungs were pissed but my knees were fine.
Yes I'm posting late to get back in the habit. I need to be tracking my miles, we're having a contest at work!
