What did ya'll do today? I did my bicep and chest workout today. Running a 15k race with my wife tomorrow. We shall see how that goes... Post up everyone....

How do you run a race with someone, do you meet at the end or pace to stay together?
Also make sure you BOTH get in the finish line picture, we need to see the whole happy family at the end.
It is week 4 day 2 of couch to 5k for me.
Running it tonight after shopping at the mall for a winter formal dress tomorrow. Lucky me a teenager trying on dresses, at least a dozen before she settles for one she does not love but does not hate either.
