scales
I bought my scale, Thinner Thin Scale, at Bed Bath&Beyond. The salesman let me open a few boxes and I picked out the one that consistently had me weighing the same as what I get at my surgeon's office. I don't know if its the best. I do know that if I go to my surgeon's office then come home weigh myself I get the same measurements.

I have a pair of TANITA HD351 digital scales. Bought them on Amazon. Tried two or three other digital scales, but was not happy with them. I would get a different weight every time I stepped off and back on. TANITA is the same brand my surgeon uses in his office. I think I paid around $55 or $60 for mine 3 years ago.
