Happy Surgiversary to me.  2 years ago I had my RnY.  I'm down from 441 to 195, for a 246 pound weight loss.  I celebrated this morning with an 11 mile run.  That means 91.38 miles run, 1003.62 to go, and 332 days to get there!

Now if I could just get rid of this head cold it would all be good!

Well it's not 30 miles, but maybe some day.

I need to find a crazy, slow, local, running partner to go out and attempt something like that.

congrats!  that's a helluva a way to celebrate your anniversary, keep it up buddy.  how tall are you?  I ask because my pre-op weight was around yours, i topped out @ 431, i may have been higher, but never weighed myself.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Thanks!
6 foot to 6 foot 1 depending on which medical assistant measures me.
I usually go with 6'1" but thats the old fat guy trying to squeeze every bit of out of my weight to height ratio.
