 I need to run 3 miles today.. I am dragging, I think I pushed my strength training a bit too much yesterday.  I have to fight through it and git er done.  Tomorrow is rest day!  Yay!

I was annoyed at the gym today.  I got in 2 miles but it should have been more.  I went to a different gym today than normal and the TM's were junk.  All the belts slipped and the speed varied once I got over 7 mph.

Since I was kind of pissed, I took it out on my shoulders.  I can't lift my hands above my head but that is a good thing.

Ran 2.1 miles in 25 minutes and heading out to a yoga class after work.

Seht: I made it up to 6.1 on 2 minute intervals!

10 minute warm up rowing (2028m)
lifting (db shoulder press, db rows, lunges w/weights)
core - reverse sit-ups w/stick (4 sets of 12), each side (3 sets of 12)
ran 1.12 miles

and later tonight push-ups, plank w/leg raises & sit ups on the ball...

35 minutes on the stairmaster (173 floors)

Did my one hour of jiu jitsu with the guys, followed by one hour with the ladies.  I'm freaking exhausted & full of bruises after the last four days.  Looking forward to going to bed!
