I have been looking at mountain bikes for a couple months now. I went to the local bike shop Saturday and got a great deal on a 2009 Specialized Hard Rock. I am really excited.

Of couse, it has been raining buckets here in Southern California since then and I haven't been able to take it out yet.

I am looking forward to getting up to my BF's cabin and riding on the dirt roads. Hopefully it will be dry enough this weekend to get out

Hey congrats on the purchase and that sounds like a awesome idea for me!! Hopefully when the Easter Bunny visits the children and leaves them new bikes instead of candy maybe he will do the same for me LOL . Cant wait to read about your first bike adventure!!
