I warmed up with 10 minutes of rowing then spent an hour with my trainer.  I now have an entire arsenal of core exercises to do! And he helped me with my form for dead lifts & squats - so yay!  Then did 30 minutes of step/eliptical intervals - I have no idea what this machine is called, but I LOVE it because you can do both on one machine.

I did some weights this morning working arms/shoulders, did some ab work then took the kids for a mile walk. Monday's are my new easy days.

Did 30 minutes on the stairmaster this morning.  I was going to go running tonight, but still tired from the road trip with my daughter. Have to get back on the wagon tomorrow though.

65 minute spin (26.11 miles)
40 minutes on the stairmaster (193 floors)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
