Road Trip

Well I'm off to Canadian Jr Nationals for taekwondo with my 12 year old daughter, This is her 2nd year competing at Nationals. I am so glad that my kids have a healthy, active lifestyle. I called ahead to the hotel this morning to see if there was an early check-in available. There is a room ready, so we will be able to check-in and get work-out in before she has to go to weigh-ins.  Will go back after dinner to get a run in.

I never would have made such plans before. Living a healthy, active life is da bomb! Have a great weekend everyone!
