Wednesday Workouts
A grinder for me today: 7 miles on the treadmill followed by....GASP..... 275 flights of stairs on the stairmaster in 60 minutes. Kaboom. I was so sweaty my shoes pooled with my sweat!!! GOOD TIMES!!!
