I ran two miles then power walked one mile on the tm.

On another note, I had a follow-up with my surgeon today and I have thus far lost 84% of my excess body weight!

84% thats awesome! Congratulations.  I did P90X legs and back today.  Big day for me because I used the pullup bar with some assistence from a chair...until today I had to use bands and just pull down.  Real pullups soon to come!

I did 4.76 miles in the snow today.  It was an awful run/walk.  There is always tomorrow.

I'm playing catch up because of the gallbladder surgery.
My goal was 3 miles a day minimum, I missed 10 days because of the surgery.
So I have been trying for 4-5 miles a day to play catch up.

I have made up 30% of my surgery induced deficit so far.  I should be good to go.  I think I need to average 3.01 miles for the rest of the year to break even.
Tomorrow is a 5 mile run, so I'll make up 2 more miles tomorrow.

It's all good!
The running will certainly ramp up here as I get closer to the 70.3 in July, my only concern is staying motivated after that.  I need to find a couple 1/2 marathons to train for.
