Biggest Loser Workout!!

This is an AWESOME workout that you can do at home with no equipment.  I have been doing it and seeing wonderful results!!

Anyone have any advice on high fiber foods that are good post surgery??

Seriously though, fruits veggies, granola, nuts, and yes of course, HUSK! Best of luck....
