Tuesday Workouts!!!

Just got back from the gym and 2.5 total TM miles.  1.1 of that was running.  I also worked out my arms and shoulders.  Finished up with core work.  Pretty good and relaxed workout today.

3.25 miles running this morning.
1500 yards swimming tonight if the thunderstorms pass us by.
If not, they will close the pool.  No swimmies in the lightning storm.

Weights this morning.... Back and Abs.... 10k run tonight and maybe 2000 Meter swim to boot.... I want to save my legs and see if I can do 50 miles running on Saturday!

I am going to do a 30 minute rin on the treadmill tonight while my daughter is at Jazz. I took a tumble at Zumba last night and really hurt my right elbow. No fractures per x ray but put me in a sling for a few days. My right knee is black and blue but not that painful. If it bugs me when I run I will just walk.

Good for you as far as keeping at it with some obstacles thrown out there.  That being said, if you need a few recovery days there is no shame there either.

good workout this morning before i got on the plane for Indiana....

30 minutes of weights (shoulder/back/bicep)
10 minutes walking (warmup/cooldown)
60 minute run on the TM (7.19 miles)
1 mile tempo run  8 MPH (7:30 minute mile)
35 minute spin (14.25 miles)


Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

jogged 4 miles and walked 1 b4 work
jogged 2 miles walked 1mile and ran "or what I call ran" 1/3 mile at lunch.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
