planned rest day... long run day tomorrow planned (12 miles), although that seems like small potatoes compared to Dan today!  holy crap man!

I did 20 sit-ups, then cried for half an hour because I suck at this exercise stuff.  I think I'm in big need of some guidance.

Hi! What kind of exercise are you wanting to do? Cardio? stregth? Do you have any goals established? There are a lot of great people here who can help out. Just need some ideas of what you are wanting to do. Start a new thread and start asking questions, they'll pipe in with some good suggestions!
