Thursday Workouts!

35 minutes of weights (chest/tri), including my best session of dips (3 X 12 unassisted)
40 minutes on the stairmaster (201 floors)
65 minutes on the stationary bike (25.5 miles)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

I left my notebook with all my weight machine info in the car today, so I just did the treadmill.

I walked 60 minutes and covered 3.17 miles at an18:58 pace, according to my Nike+ thing.

I have noticed I don't get the hip pain on the treadmill like I was when I was walking the track. My hip is still a little sore, but not like it was before. Hopeing to start back to the C25K next week sometime.

I took the day off today. Yesterday about 22 minutes into my run, it fely like someone had poured cement in my legs. I could barely lift my feet. I slowed my pace and ended up walking the rest of my time. When I got to the locker room, I realized my legs were all puffed up. I have edema in my legs and hadn't taken my meds for quite a while.

So today, back on my meds and gave my legs a rest. Tomorrow though, back at er!

Since I basically putzed the day away yesterday (lots to do and had tired legs), I did another brick workout today.  Spin class then 5k run (25:35).  The run felt awesome today!

Ran 10 miles on the Dreadmill at 8:45 pace... {BLAH} Then climbed 145 flights of stairs on the stairmaster in 30 minutes, stretched, ate, bed. Catch ya all tomorrow...
