10 minutes rowing at
20 minutes of arms & lunges
20 minutes running

Scott - there's nothing wrong with a workout with a view - I stare at people at the gym too and while it doesn't feel creepy when you're doing it; it just SOUNDS totally creepy when you tell other people! :)

45 minutes combat conditioning class.  Used 8.8 pound weights in each hand & did 2 sets of 20 squats, then increased to 16.5 pound weights & did 2 sets of 10.  Then did 3 sets of 4 alternating exercises that totally kicked my butt - 6 scorpions, lunges (from one side of the room to the other with a body twist as you kneel down - but you had better not let your knee touch the floor!, burpees, & something that I don't know what the name is - get in the up down dog position, walk your hands out until you are in a push up position, then inche your legs up towards your hands without bending your knees - from one side of the dojo to the other.  NO REST PERIOD during the 3 sets of these.

Rested for 5 minutes.  Then did 1 hour of floor grappling/ rolling.  FUN!
