Advice Please

I have been bumping up my exercise lately in hopes of getting the scale to move a little more.  While doing all that extra exercise I seem to have torn my meniscus in my knee.  So, I am now off of it for 6 weeks. 

Is there anything you guys know of that I could do for exercise while I am waiting for this thing to heal?  I will be doing physical therapy for the knee, but would really like to keep up the regular exercise if I can.
