Ab exercise recommendations

Hey Everyone,

I just been lurking for a while, but wanted to ask your expert opinions about changing my ab routine.

Currently, I do crunches (100) on the exercise ball, then on the mat I do side crunches, 100 on each side, and then I work my lower abs my lifting my legs while in a laying position.

I know that the exercises are working, because I am able to see results, but I just wondered if someone could suggest something different.  I feel like I need a change, and I refuse to pay a personal trainer at the gym, b/c I feel like they are just there to sell their services, they don't have a true interest in the outcome, plus they charge way too much money.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Heather

Leg lifts which you are doing, and planks are a good addition to be able to add in and mix up the routine.  You can modify your left lifts by doing them either on a pull up bar or a machine designed for hanging leg lifts.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
