Headed out to the gym today. :)
And so it begins. Kiddos head back to school today and I head back to the gym. I don't go until the afternoon on Tuesdays, and I have a schedule. It's leg/abs day with a little arms. I'm gonna start with 30 min on the treadmill, run through the machines and maybe do more treadmill or bike depending on the time and if my hip hurts. It's the first time since June that I'll be in the gym, which makes me a little anxious, but that's ok. :)
