Any Suggestions?

I bruised my ribs this morning shovelling snow. Needless to say, no running for me for a bit. My movement is limited, but I don't want to stop exercising completely. Anyone have any suggestions for a modified workout?

I've always avoided the bike in the gym! I'll try it out tomorrow; thanks for the suggestion Dan.

Just out of curiousity, how does one hurt ribs while shoveling?  ;-)

This is the type See full size imageof scoop I was using, so as you see, it holds a lot of snow. The snow was wet & heavy. I lost my footing, my hand slipped and the corner of the scoop got me in the ribs! Now you know,  the rest of the story! LOL!!
