65 minutes spinning on stationary bike (26.05 miles)
40 minutes of stairmaster (195 floors)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

30 minute run for me.  Not super fast (tired and sore body), but still managed 3.5 miles.

I went to the gym. Set the level on the stationary bike way too high and burned out after 25 minutes. But at least I went.
