500 hours in 2010

I set my goals for 2010 in hours instead of distance because I like to mix up my training and bike for a while, then swim for a few weeks, then run when the weather is nice.  I think doing hours will still motivate me but allow me to keep variety in my workouts!

1st day - Ran 16 minutes, Walked 24 minutes.  40 minutes for morning workout.

Hi Robin.  Nice to meet you.  I have read a few articles that say that the minute thing is a good idea.  Good luck with it.
