Playlist

Hello!

I am kinda new here and am in the search of a really good playlist for cardio. Mainly  walking, elliptical, stair stepper routine. So with that being said. What all do you guys listen to to really get ya moving? I am really looking forward to some new tunes.

I listen to anything from Hip Hop,  Rap, Metal, Rock N Roll, House, trance, Reggae, Ska, Punk, you name it.... What type of music do you like? That will make it easier to give suggestions....

I listen to just about anything. Workouts usually consist of pop, hip hop, techno, and metal. I really love Deadmau5 ghosts n stuff w rob swire.

Metal: Killswitch Engage, Coal Chamber, Rise Against, Soulfly,

Trance /  Techno: ATB, Accuface, Darude, Tiesto,  DJ Splash

for me it quiet riot and twisted sister ... gets the mind and body waking up

Oh my gosh....I haven't heard those bands mentioned in a long time.  You must be an 80's guy?  My fave is Def Leppard!!!

 I listen to a lot of different kind of music, Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Luda, are just a few, I love the 80's, I like the faster music for the most of my workout but then i like to listen to something just a little slower for the cool down time....
