Did 5 miles this morning at a tick more the 46 minutes.

Foggy and drizzly but enjoyed it any way.

What did you do?

Wow...5 miles...great job!!

I plan on leaving in about an hour to go to the gym and crank out a 45 min elliptical workout with maybe 20 min of free weights for upper body workout. I am only 2 weeks post op and don't really want to do anything to the core yet...

I really would wait on the free weights until you are in the 6-8 week range.  I would not even pick them up if I were you.

I plan on running 30 -45 mins this evening.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

Ran 4 miles in the morning outside in the rain.  Finished with 875 miles outside runing on the Garmin.  Not sure how many miles I got in on the treadmill, but didn't bother recording those miles last year.  Also got in over 3500 miles on the bike (spinning and outside).  Pretty nice year, but 2010 will only be better.
