New Year's Eve Workouts! LAST for 2009
Have fun tomorrow Duane, I will be resting my knees tomorrow, I'll do some upper body work tomorrow..........gotta ring in the New Year right!! 10 miles you have me WAY beat.........you people and your distance. I was OK when I was willing to run through the pain but now I've been directed not to..................but I will tonight, always do!
Had a nice easy 3.5 mile run this morning. What a year it has been. The Chevron Houston Marathon is just 17 days away. I cant wait to get this one under my belt and start off 2010 on a good note. Thanks to all of you for your great support and encouragement. keep Daring Greatly!

I swam 2 miles today (3200 Meters) in 58:42... and I might just park my booty on my bike and trainer and bust out 26 miles to round out my year at 2500 miles ridden. We shall see....
