Hey Guys,

I have literally been running my booty off!!! Today I ran 13.7 miles indoors to complete 1,000 miles ran for the year!!! It is awesome to hit that milestone... I would imagine next year I will double that! December, BY FAR, has been the most miles I have put in in a single month...156.19 miles to be exact!!! Here is a sample of what the last days have looked like for me:

12/23: 9 miles 1:25:49
12/24: 8 miles 1:15:15
12/26:  16.05 miles 2:26:28
12/27: 9.25 miles 1:25:00
12/28: 9 miles 1:22:33
12/29: 11.29 miles 1:53:04
12/30: 13.70 miles 2:17:22
-----------------------------------------
      76.29 miles...

I am tired!!! I am taking a 2 day rest and have a 31 mile run on Saturday. It has been an epic year, and an awesome thing to hit 1,000 miles ran. So for 2009 totals:
Run: 1,000.09 miles
Bike: 2,474 miles
Swim: 224.03 miles

Thank you guys for all of support!!!

 Congrats on making your goal.
It sounds like the last week has been pretty hard.

Good luck with next year.
