A smooth slower run for me.  11.29 Miles in 1:53:04. It was really cold and A LOT of hills!!!! Good stuff. 13.61 Miles until I hit 1,000 for the year. Almost there!!!! WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY?????

Got up early (even though I have no place in particular to be) and went to my favorite spin class.  Afterward I soaked in the hot tub and then visited with my little old lady friends.  I love those mornings (and those ladies)!

Haven't done anything yet today but I am planning on a 5 mile run after work. No weights today.

35 minutes of cardio this morning - who doesn't love a good interval training on the eliptical?

I've been trying to get back on the wagon - been kind of a slug since the Phila 1/2 marathon last month.  It doesn't help that my running partner/hubby is sidelined with a bum knee.  I went to the gym, and ran 40 minutes on the dreadmill.  It is way too cold and windy to run outside tonight.  I need to ease into winter - seems like it sprung itself on me suddenly!!

Strength training...........short walk that was supposed to be a long one............spent too much time on the computer today!!! 

Tomorrow is the "big reveal" to some family members who haven't seen me.  And I have to eat with them.  I think that's why my band is tight, I am internalizing my stress.........this is not loving relationship supportive family, this is need to visit and fulfill obligations and be scrutinized family.  The last time I saw them was horrible, it was my cousin's wife's funeral............and it was creepy because everyone was focused on my weight, but I wasn't at goal yet. 

The good/bad news is that in 8 months I'll be stale news. 

Maybe I'll do some more stuff tonight..........relieve some stress.

I picked things up today...Instead of 30 min on the treadmill I did 45 min

It was brutal here today with wind chill temps to -10.  I stayed inside and did 3 mile repeats.  8:10, 7:35 and 7:04.  It was an awesome workout.  With the warm up and cool down, I did 4.25 total.  After that it was some arm work.

Ok, first of all I'm not sure that it could really be that cold in Texas.  It was frigid here in the lower teens, but I got out and did 3.1 miles.   Hope it warms up some so I don't have to resort to running inside.
