MONDAY WORKOUTS...Last Week Of 2009 To Make It Happen!!!
Good Morning All,
Let's hear whay ya'll did today. I ran 9 miles indoors at 6.5mph pace, and swam 1 mile. 24.9 miles until I hit 1000 miles running this year. Gonna make it happen!!!

I did a 10 warm up on the rowing machine, 30 minutes of free weights and then another 30 (5800m) on the rowing machine - clearly my new favorite!
