Good Morning All,

Let's hear whay ya'll did today. I ran 9 miles indoors at 6.5mph pace, and swam 1 mile.  24.9 miles until I hit 1000 miles running this year. Gonna make it happen!!!

1000 miles?! Dan, you're a beast!!

I'm doing 45 minutes upper body weights followed by a 3 mile run.

I did 4 miles on the elliptical! 

Highest weight: 325.5 (2008)                   Surgery weight: 323.5 (1/8/09)

****Got pregnant in May 2011 but lost the baby in August 2011...Gained some weight so trying to get back on track...I hate PCOS.

All right!  This morning I got out and ran 4 miles.  Then I hit the gym this evening for a one-hour spin class.

I did a 10 warm up on the rowing machine, 30 minutes of free weights and then another 30 (5800m) on the rowing machine - clearly my new favorite!

I took a ZUMBA class tonight and according to my new watch, walked/jogged/jumped/danced over 2 miles during it!!  That shocked me!!

After catching cold and not being able to breathe for 5 days, I finally felt like a person today and made it 30 minutes on the TM to the tune of 3.45 miles.  Happy to be feeling more normal...

I ran 2.5 miles. then spent an hour working in the backyard moving wood and cutting back some stupid grape vines.
