Scott,

Glad things went well and you're home.  Hope you recover fast and well!   It took a while after mine was out before it was comfortable running again, so just be prepared for it to not be pleasant for a while and give yourself that time to heal.  You'll be better off in the long run.  After all, time is all we really have anyway.

Take care of yourself,

Linn

Thanks Linn,

I plan to walk and do elliptical for the next 2 weeks.  Then if I feel up to having my insides bounce around, I'll try some jogging.

I know, what is the deal???

I actually feel pretty good right now, just a little sore.
If it wasn't for the soreness, I wouldn't know they had done anything to me.

Wow, that was quick! I had mine out open back in the dark ages and had to stay in the hospital for *days*.

Glad you're home and comfortable.  The brief rest will probably do you good as you ramp up your training in 2010.

Today is not so good.  ugh I had to sleep in the recliner I couldn't get comfortable in bed.  It hurts much more than it did yesterday.
Gotta go for a walk today, can't be a slug.

Have a great day!

Glad to hear you are home and recovering.  Take it slow, and just look at it as your taper for 2010.
