Going to miss exercise for a few weeks..

Of course the week of my vacation, I have to have a surgery where they are removing some cells that are now at the severe level.  I'm going to have to do no exercise for 2 weeks then no intense for 6 weeks.  Ugh.  Oh well, guess this is life.  I'm still going to walk at minimum (only inside since it will be 10-20 degrees outside).

I'm just going to pray no cancer and I'll be ok!

prayers and hugs your way.  It's always scary before you find out.  I'm thinking about you.  you're a strong woman, so I bet those cells increased when you built up so much muscle ;)

No, really, try not to think too much about it, . again, hugs

Jen ((((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))))))))) and prayers that all is well. Just follow their rules. I had the same guidelines after surgery in July and it was rough but I made it through and back on the track so to speak.

Best of luck to you, keep your spirits high.

Having had cancer myself I know it's a scary thing.  Mostly the not knowing and worrying about the future.

Take care of yourself and be well.

Surgery went well.  Hopefully they got what they needed.  Needless to say I talked to the doctor.  No exercise for 48 hours, 1 week of tredmill (slow she said).  Then I can work my way up.  She actually said she thought about the exercise situation and is letting me get back to it early as long as I don't have any complications.

But just sore and tired.  Thanks for the well wishes.
