i ran just over 11 miles on a local greenway here in GA, the only issue was that some of the boardwalks were covered with thin ice.  other than that it was a great run (and great way to work off last night's christmas dinner!).  i also got to use my new garmin... finished w/ an average pace of 8:32/mile with negative splits,
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Nice run!

It was a 45-minute spin class for me today.

I ran ten miles and it was cold outside.  The temp. was 30 degrees with a wind of 10 to 20 MPH and light snow.

I went on a bike ride, about 26 miles. It started to rain towards the end but I got back to my car before the roads got slick and my bike got muddy, so I was happy.

Also, I had no trouble getting up the hills with my new Compact crank. I was bit worried about that, coming from a triple.

I ran for 4.7 miles.  It was so cold, but I don't want to complain.....since I live in So Cal.  It was a good run.
