I am so in awe of your running etc. So instead of just reading I am going to try and become a faster walker or runner. What did you use to learn or what can you recommend to me in order to begin correctly?
Thanks for your great posts!

Band removed and feeling alive with energy!
Couch 2 5K is a wonderful program. It starts you off slowly moving you into a jog/walk patern and slowly increases the time you job/run each week. You can move along at your own pace and re-do weeks until you feel you are able to move to the next level.

Congrats on making this decision.
I recommend the couch 2 5k program to everyone.
Here are a couple sites that explain it. They also have info on how to progress once you complete the 5k program.
