Tuesday Workouts

Rebecca.  In case you have not heard of Jeff Galloway, check him out.  If you incorperate walk breaks in your half from the start, you will increase the amount that you can run and feel better at the end.

I did 2.6 miles on the TM and some chest and back.

Thanks! I actually used Galloway for my first 1/2.  I run 12, walk 1 and that worked really well for me in my first race.  Frankly, I am expecting to have to walk a bit more this race if the foot acts up but I figured I'll start from there and see how it goes.

I did just over a two mile run. Even had my first fall. LOL.
