Tuesday Workouts

Morning y'all.  I haven't been very active in posting lately but I got out this morning and did a 4 mile run before work so I though I would start the thread!  Here's hoping the physical therapists will clear me to do a 6-8 miler on Saturday.  My half is only 4 weeks away and I hate that I can't run anything longer than 4 miles right now b/c of foot issues.  Oh well, as long as I finish the race that's all that matters right?

So, what are your workouts today?

Early morning spin class for me.  Could've worked harder, but it was more fun chatting today.  Then I came home and finished decorating the tree.  Taking the dog for her walk pretty soon..

3 mile run at lunch
1 mile interval with my son tonight.  Gotta het him up to 5k by may of next year.
1 hour on the trainer after I put him to bed.

Great job Rebecca.  I hope you can move your mileage up in prep for the half!!! 

Today I did 4.5 miles after work ... in the dark ... cold ... outside   But I love it!

33 minutes of weights (back/bi/shoulders), 10 minutes of walking warm-up/cool-down, and 60 minutes on the TM for 7.23 miles...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

2 mile run on dreadmill at 7mph with 3% incline and 500 meter swim... Trying to get back at after the flu... 10 pounds lost in 3 days = crappy workout...
